CHOOSING YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER
To help you make a wise, informed decision, we’ve created a public profile for each registered provider on TNT Parcels. It contains experience, customer reviews, ratings, full-service history, pictures, and more. We recommend spending a few minutes looking over this information before committing to a provider you’re considering.
PAY WISELY
TNT Parcels Payments, major credit cards, and third-party payment systems such as PayPal are the safest ways to pay.TNT Parcels highly recommends not using instant cash transfer systems like Western Union that don’t provide recourse in the case of a dispute or fraud. In fact, it’s against TNT Parcels policy to use such services. To sum up: Ask questions, get it in writing, check credentials, pay safely, and always go with your gut. If something doesn’t seem right, it probably isn’t.
GET IT IN WRITING
After booking a shipment with a provider, you should outline the details of your agreement, and both sign it. This can come in very handy in case of any sort of dispute.

Notification
Though you can check the truck’s location at any point during the journey, you’ll get push notifications at two important stages:

Processing transactions safely and securely is one of our top priorities. We’ve got several accountability measures in place to do that, including uShip Payments, our three-step payment process that ensures you’re in control of your money until delivery is made.

Step 1: Prepay At Booking
See a gold seal next to your service provider’s quote amount? That means he or she accepts uShip Payments, our secure payment process. Simply enter your payment info upon booking, and you’ve got the ball rolling.
Step 2: Receive A Payment Code
Once you’ve prepaid in full for your shipment, you’ll receive a payment code in your confirmation email. Keep this code handy. You’ll also be able to retrieve your payment code from the top of your shipment’s listing.
Step 3: Release Payment At Delivery
Give the payment code to your service provider when — and only when — you’ve confirmed delivery. This will release the payment and complete the transaction. However, for animal shipments, payment codes may be released at “pickup” as required by USDA regulations.
