Mothercare Returns Policy

The Mothercare returns policy allows you to return items in-store, by postal courier, or through their collection service – which is only available on certain products.

Mothercare returns should be returned within 28 days and products must be returned unused and in original packaging – complete with proof of purchase.

Mothercare does not accept returns on toiletries, software, DVDs, food, gift vouchers, gift cards, or opened mattresses. It’s worth noting that you should always check the store’s website before you return your goods as their policy may have changed or been amended.

Mothercare online returns can be returned by postal courier and must include the delivery note which came with your order. If, however, you would like to return a ‘WEB EXCLUSIVE’ then Mothercare will arrange the collection free of charge – the full details of this service are listed on their website.
